ColorSplat is a Side Scroller Arcade game, where you aim to get higher scores in the endless levels. you are only able to touch blocks that you are the color of, and blocks that have been touched already. You get score for touching blocks. You have an ability to eat previously touched blocks to turn to their color, and an ability to teleport that gets recharged every time you touch a color gate. Color gates change your color.

There is 6 level packs, each with their own unique gameplay.

the tutorial teaches what blocks are safe to touch, the ability to change colors and eating, and how teleportation can be used. Once you understand what is required you can beat each in seconds.
